Abandoned Pipe Fill

2014

This was a project was for South Saint Paul filling 48" abandoned storm sewers.

This was a project we did for  the city of Sioux Falls filling various sizes of abandoned sanitary sewer.  

GeoFoam Replacement

Cellular concrete was used as lightweight fill in lieu of Geofoam.

Bridge Approach

2011

A system of pervious cellular lightweight concrete, sheet piling, and drain tile was used for the approach to the Rose Coulee Bridge.

Soil Stabilization

We worked with Valley Paving and MNDOT to provide a 25 Pcf cellular concrete for lightweight fill.

Lightweight Fill

Working with Gresser Contracting we were able to "Value Engineer" the lightweight fill on this project.  Using 25 pcf cellular concrete in place of GeoFoam.

Lightweight Fill

This project Gresser decided to use cellular concrete in place of Geofoam of the lightweight fill.  This application was on a roof and surrounded many utility pipes.   Since cellular is pumped in place liquid it greatly reduced the installation cost. 

Bridge Approach

This was a Project in Fargo, ND 2500 yards for a bridge approach.  This was specified pervious do to the high water table to reduce buoyancy.

Lightweight Fill

This was a project we did with Ecco Construction in Red Wing MN.  They wanted to bring the level of the floor up and need a product that would not add a lot of weight to the foundation.  A 25 pcf cellular concrete was the perfect fit.
